The Scalerator NEO curriculum focuses entrepreneurs on the 3
Cs of growth – Customers, Capacity and Cash – over the course of six
one-and-a-half day workshops and one two-day session. These sessions
provide entrepreneurs (Presidents/CEOs) with practical sales and marketing,
financial and organizational business skills, and they are expected to bring
their leaders to work on specific aspects of the business (i.e. HR, Sales,
Finance). Starting on day 1 of the Scalerator participants develop a comprehensive,
accelerated growth plan, ScalePlan™, that grows and continually incorporates
all of your insights, activities and achievements throughout the Scalerator.
Plus, small groups of participants work together on structured exercises in
between sessions that maximize the impact of each upcoming workshop. The
Scalerator NEO curriculum is taught by a team of faculty primarily from Babson
College, ranked as the nation’s top provider of entrepreneurship education.
