We are pleased to present our Annual Report for 2022, a year that was marked by innovation, transition and growth.
Throughout the year, Bounce remained committed to our mission of fostering entrepreneurship and helping startups
succeed. We are proud to report that we made significant progress towards achieving our strategic goals, and we are
grateful for our partners, sponsors and community.

In 2022, we supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and startups through a range of programs and initiatives. We
provided mentorship, coaching, affordable workspace and a myriad of services to help our founders develop ideas,
refine strategies and navigate the challenges of their startup journeys.

Our technology incubator and accelerator programs continue to be cornerstones of our organization, providing
early-stage tech startups with the resources and guidance they need to start and scale. And our newer GROW
programs continue to flourish, supporting women and minority-led startups and small businesses, recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusivity in entrepreneurship.

We also continued to focus on building a vibrant community by hosting networking events, workshops and pitch competitions. These brought together entrepreneurs, startups, investors and industry experts to share knowledge and ideas.

Of course, 2022 was also a year of transition as we said goodbye to our founding CEO, Doug Weintraub. Doug didn’t go too far, though, as he is now a member of the Bounce board of directors.

We also bid farewell to Vicky Fleet, our finance and administrative manager of nearly five years. We will miss them both and wish them the very best.

2023 started with a new CEO, Jessica Sublett, and a new leadership team with big plans for the future.
