Local Arts
A vibrant and supportive arts and culture scene is key to a thriving community and economy. Bounce gives artists, makers, crafters and creative professionals a place to bring their ideas to life and show their work for the community.
Bounce does not have studio space to rent. However, we feature original, local artwork; our Workshop is a creative co-op for artists and makers and we house several creative organizations.
What We Do
Local Arts Patronage
The first-floor Generator space features the original works of 78 northeast Ohio artists, equaling more than 160 pieces of original artwork, furniture and furnishings. As far as we know, this is the biggest effort of this kind in our area’s recent history. And the result is breathtaking – in scope and design.
The Workshop: A Creative Co-op
In partnership with Crafty Mart, Bounce’s Workshop has an artistic focus, available not just for makers, but all creatives. It is membership-based, offering state-of-the-art equipment, such as 3D printers, laser cutters, leather-working stations, woodworking tools, textiles, sewing equipment and photography equipment.
Creative Organizations
Bounce is home to Avant Garden and Crafty Mart. Avant Garden is a unique space where artists and makers produce and showcase experimental and innovative art. It is also home of Curated Storefront and the Hieronymous collection. Crafty Mart supports local artists, makers and artisans by providing opportunities to learn how to refine and expand their creative businesses through education and markets.
