This month, we sat down with Brandyn Neal, client advisor at Schauer Group, to discuss the company and why he enjoys coworking at Bounce.
As a client advisor, Brandyn specializes in designing insurance programs that align with clients’ risk profiles and business needs.

In addition to working in the insurance world, Brandyn has a strong passion for entrepreneurship that began as an undergrad at Walsh University’s The Garage, an innovation center for student entrepreneurs. While there, he first learned about Bounce and Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Since 2019, Brandyn has used the Generator space as his Akron home base for coworking and client meetings. Working at Bounce allows him and Schauer Group to be active in the Akron community while reducing commute time.
He says he appreciates the space’s ever-changing and dynamic nature, filled with new faces and interactions regularly. One such interaction even led him to be involved as a mentor for our MORTAR at Bounce clients. While it was short-lived due to his schedule, Brandyn enjoyed giving entrepreneurs the confidence to solve problems so they could grow their businesses.
