The GROW program at Bounce supports both aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs as they bring their ideas to life. The program focuses on minorities and women.

After spending 15 years working in the healthcare industry, Tiffany Adjei was inspired to begin her company, Honesty Healthcare, after seeing ways she could improve the entire experience for those she had the privilege to serve.

Tiffany is a graduate of the GROW Aspiring Entrepreneur program and the MORTAR at Bounce program. She is currently a member of the Next Level Incubator for established small businesses.

Honesty Healthcare provides non-medical, personal and companion care services for people aged 55 and older. Her professional staff also offers support resources for everyday tasks inside of the home to create a stress-free environment.

Tiffany credits the resources and support of the AE program and MORTAR accelerator program as being integral pieces of her entrepreneurial journey.

Through Bounce, Tiffany has connected with other entrepreneurs and found incredible resources that afforded her the opportunity to dive deeper into the intricacies of a business plan, such as marketing.

Tiffany notes the programs at Bounce were a support system, opening her up to different friendships, partnerships and “business-ships” with new ideas and ventures she wouldn’t have experienced otherwise.
