Scott Roger had an idea for a plant-based food company; as a vegan, he understood the struggle to find delicious, natural and fulfilling meat substitutes that weren’t overly processed.

His wife, Meghan, suggested he check out Bounce’s Aspiring Entrepreneur program and from that, Picked Proteins was born. Scott says the AE program was instrumental in getting his business off the ground last year. With the help of The Well’s shared-used kitchen, he now has multiple product lines, is stocked at various locations around NEO and can be found at Howe Meadow or Haymaker farmers market every weekend.

But we’ll let him tell you all about it! We recently sat down with Scott to talk about how Bounce helped lead him into entrepreneurship through the GROW program.
