Bounce Innovation Hub is excited to announce a new chapter for our café space. For the past year, Akron Coffee Roasters Coffee Lab has been an incredible partner, creating a vibrant gathering place at Bounce and fueling our community with great coffee. As they move forward with their strategic decision to focus fully on growing their coffee roasting business, we are grateful for their time here and look forward to their continued success in Akron.
Stepping into the space is a name many already know and love: Kabylia Baguette. Famous for their artisan breads and pastries—already enjoyed by many at Bounce—owners Hilary and Nourdine will open their first brick-and-mortar café in our building beginning October 6. Alongside their baked goods and food offerings, Kabylia will proudly serve Akron Coffee Roasters coffee, ensuring a familiar and beloved part of the café experience continues.
With professional experience at some of New York City’s busiest bakeries and coffee shops, Hilary and Nourdine bring deep expertise in baking, food service and coffee service. Their move into the Bounce café is a natural next step in their entrepreneurial journey, and we’re thrilled to support them as they grow.
