Flexible and Affordable Private Offices and Reserved Desks Are Available as Bounce Innovation Hub’s Generator Expansion Nears Completion.

For solo entrepreneurs and small businesses, having a dedicated space for work outside of the home or a garage may seem like a lofty luxury with more concessions than benefits. Renting or leasing a private office can require long-term financial commitments and high upfront and monthly costs. While using a home office may seem more appealing and cost-effective, it often limits growth and lacks resources crucial to a business’s success.

To help overcome the challenges many entrepreneurs face in finding a base of operations, Bounce Innovation Hub offers private office space and reserved desks that create the best of both worlds: affordable, low-commitment options that offer amenities not often included in most rented office space.

“Renting Space at Bounce provides a private, affordable place to work and access to a thriving community that fosters collaboration between entrepreneurs. Plus community events and workshops are held regularly at Bounce,” explained Generator Manager Krissy Kodzev, who oversees rentable spaces in the Generator.

The private offices and reserved desks are in Bounce’s Generator coworking space on the first and second floors of the building. The Generator contains various setups suitable for different work styles and includes a variety of conference rooms that members can rent to meet with team members, stakeholders, and clients. There is also easy access to an on-site café on the first floor for morning coffee, grab-and-go lunch options, and other offerings.

Those looking for a dedicated space without renting a whole office can also find reserve desks on the second floor. A reserved desk includes privacy partitions, a locking filing cabinet, and a desk chair. With a reserve desk, you have a permanent desk space and a business address you can use to register your business.

These desks and several offices will be brand new as part of Bounce’s Generator expansion, which is finishing in December 2024. Anyone who signs up and pays for a January start will be able to move into their space as early as December and begin working at no extra cost.

Rentals for private offices and reserved desks are provided monthly credits for renting conference spaces and printing on Generator printing and copying equipment. Members also receive 24/7 access to the space, a business mailing address, and a front desk building reception, which are included in their rent.

Bounce’s private offices start at $500/month and range from 100-250 sq. ft. Reserve desks are $250/month. Contracts are month-to-month commitments and require a 15-day written notice to end. Anyone who signs up for a private office will also be invited as a VIP to the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Second Floor Generator Expansion on December 4. For more information and to sign up for January 2025, contact Bounce Innovation Hub at (33) 785-7403 or online at www.bouncehub.org. “The addition of offices and new reserve desks with the Generator expansion will give us so many different options for people to be able to come here and be successful in their work, and we are really excited to expand the Bounce community into next year,” said Krissy.
