Secret Creative’s Alexander and Drew Sprungle Share Secrets of Building A Strong Brand Identity at Upcoming Bounce Innovation Hub’s Beyond Startup Workshop

Alexander and Drew Sprungle have a combined 30 years of branding experience.  In 2016, they launched their own design and brand studio, Secret Creative, to expand their ability to work with brands in their hometown of Akron and worldwide. Alexander and Drew moved Secret Creative into Bounce Innovation Hub in 2021 to expand their team and create an official base of operations. They quickly saw opportunities for growth by creating connections with fellow Bounce community members, leading them to new clients and companies to work with.

Since making a name for themselves as leaders in branding, Bounce’s programming team approached Alexander and Drew to facilitate a workshop on brand identity for the Beyond Startup series. The workshop will share best practices for branding and give attendees a better perspective on answering their questions regarding their business’ brand.

“Our goal for the workshop is to give foundational components to get people thinking in the headspace because no two branding assignments are identical,” explained Alexander. “We have a number of exercises that can help a business understand who they are so they can go out and tell that story.”

“Everything we share with this workshop is things that we live, breathe, and do all the time,” added Drew. “A 90-minute presentation is going to be high-level. However, what we present in this workshop is the same as what we do for our clients.”

Seats are still available for future workshops. The next workshop, “Building a Web Presence,”  will be held on Wednesday, November 20. The facilitator for that workshop will be Austin Kettner, a Bounce Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) and tech founder (Need company name he co-founded). You can find more information and links to register for upcoming workshops on Bounce’s website: https://bouncehub.org/events-directory/beyondstartup/.

Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants, and monthly Generator members, can attend for free but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. All participants can enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
